1.What
qualification do I obtain from the JJAADA Academy
Course?
This course is not about going back to school,
we show you how to be a freelance practising
Interior Designer. The Diploma is a reflection
of the standard you have achieved with the Academy.
All of our specialists & experts work in
the Business of Interior Design and most have
acknowledged qualifications in the Academic
World or in Industry.
Please fill in the contact
sheet and you will receive by return email
more detailed information.
2. Why should I come to the JJAADA Academy instead
of an alternative design school?
Because our students work on real projects.
The Academy is more like a Design Company than
a School.
3. How will this help me with domestic interior
design?
When you have discussed projects with our designers,
analysing the brief to completion of the project,
you will find that your own approach to a domestic
interior solution will present itself much more
readily, giving you and therefore your client,
confidence in your abilities. Our specialist
team will assist you in all aspects of Interior
Design.

4.
Apart from the cost, what is the difference
between the courses?
Short courses are an introduction and by their
very nature not comprehensive, but are informative
and useful prior to entry into work, college,
or preparation for interview. The Diploma is
more comprehensive, enabling even more access
to detail analysis and skill enhancement.
The Certificate Courses are primarily for those who are trying to find
time for career advancement. Your days can
be taken in group sessions and one to one tutorial
sessions but days may also be allocated for
specific visits, e.g. Fine Art Drawing/Painting/Sketching
Perspectives (studio workshop), Mood Boards,
Technical Drawing (Plans/Elevations), CAD,
Photoshop (Computer Presentation), Sourcing
and Consultation.
The Diploma course (100 days approx) encompasses
one to one tuition and specialised learning
processes for your own individual development.
This includes all of the areas
defined within the timetable, providing the
individual with a comprehensive development
programme specially designed by the student.
Areas covered are: CAD Technology, Technical
Drawing, simple or advanced Visual Communication,
working with Space, Colour, Form and Texture.
In addition to hands-on practical experience
in our studio workshops, the course also includes
various other aspects: dealing with the client,
advice on good communication, the business of
a design practice.
Students of all ages (many from other professions
or self made/design motivated individuals) will
find the courses stimulating and the information
gained will bring them up to date with the latest
professionalism in the world of design. Completing
the course will greatly increase their confidence
at interviews or the expertise to build their
own freelance practice.
On completion of the Diploma course a student
with an interest in Art and Design but with
no specific qualifications in the subject,
can expect to be well informed about the whole
procedure of becoming a 3D / Interior Designer.
The Diploma will enhance the possibility for
those wishing to enter the design business.
The student who completes the Diploma course
will be prepared for the competitive world
of design.
Note: Many students that have completed
a placement at JJAADA Academy have been successful
in finding employment within the design industry.
